GreylandFash is a fashion design company based in Nkwelle Ezunaka, Anambra State, Nigeria, offering custom-made and ready-to-wear fashion pieces.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our fashion items, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer. After payment, upload your payment proof of statement during checkout so we can confirm and process your order.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery options?

We offer several delivery options:

  • Nkwelle ezunnaka/Anambra Delivery: Same day (if ordered before 10am) or next day delivery
  • Home Delivery (Across Nigeria): 4-7 working days via logistics partners
  • Pick Up: Available Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number. You can also view all your orders in your account under My Orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on deliveries within Nigeria. If you have a preferred logistics service for outside Nigeria, please contact us so we can advise on options.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Orders sent in good conditions cannot be returned. We also do not offer product exchanges. For more information, please see our Return Policy.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We always take pictures of our orders before sending out and we ensure to pack it neatly and tightly sealed. In cases of damaged goods we usually hold the delivery company responsible for that. They’ll be the one to investigate and issue a refund. Cause we ensure to send out all orders in good conditions. Thank you for choosing GreylandFash.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized suppliers to ensure quality and authenticity.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Product availability is displayed on each product page. If a product is out of stock, it will be clearly marked.
